Another Incredible Golf Day

What a day!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for another fantastic Chifundo Foundation Annual Golf Day in Greystones. With 40 teams taking part, it was a brilliant turnout and, once again, the weather played its part in giving us a magnificent day on the course.

This year’s event was made all the more special by the history and friendships that have grown around the Chifundo Golf Day over the years.

Congratulations to the winning team from Stackstown Golf Club, who lifted the inaugural Chifundo trophy 17 years ago and have now returned to claim it once again. A wonderful achievement and a great reminder of the enduring support that has made this event such a success.

Our congratulations also go to the team from Luxembourg, who finished in second place. They have been making the journey to support the event for almost as long and have become a much-loved part of the Chifundo Golf Day family.

Their commitment goes even further. Since Covid, the Luxembourg team have also been running their own golf event to raise funds in support of our work in Malawi. Their generosity, friendship and dedication are truly inspiring.

So, congratulations to all our winners and to everyone who took part. And, most importantly, a huge thank you to every golfer, sponsor, supporter, volunteer and friend who contributed to making the day such a success. Your continued support helps Chifundo Foundation make a real difference to communities in Malawi, and we are enormously grateful.

Here’s to another great day of golf, friendship and fundraising — and we look forward to seeing you all again next year!
